Same Old Problems.

With a little over a week to go before the January transfer window slams shut, the question that keeps arising is ''when are we going to make some singings?''

I'll admit, going into the window, I had high hopes, a sense of expectancy and rejuvenation.
After all, a new manager would signify an influx of new players - but that appears to have been wishful thinking on my behalf.
23 days into the window and NO new singings have been acquired. Many have been linked but that's about it.

I'm not saying that the board are genuinely trying to provoke West Ham fans but their knack for bartering; would give Del Boy Trotter a run for his money.
With Injury problems mounting up (as per) it has now became a necessity to bring in new faces.

We have witnessed deal after deal implode, on the basis of pure and utter cheapness. Just pay the wretched fee!

With a run of very winnable fixtures coming up. Don't get me wrong, nothing is for certain in this league but with only a handful of points separating us from the bottom 3, the next few games remain vital to our club retaining its Premier League status.

The end of the window quickly approaches and although I haven't given up hope yet, I have a genuine fear that we are going to experience the same old problems. Constant excuses of financial fair play, selling in order to buy and of course ''we have been working day and night. Dg.''

Thanks all.
