Is Nolan Vital For Morrison?

Captain marvel Kevin Nolan is very important to West Ham in many ways, he scores goals, he's a very experienced natural leader and good mates with our main striker Andy Carroll.

Year in year out he has managed to perform and become a vital member of any club he's played for.

As of late; Nolan has been very vocal about the development of Ravel Morrison, praising Rav for how he has knuckled down and performed in pre-season.

A few years back when both Andy Carroll and Kevin Nolan were at Newcastle; Andy found himself getting into a bit of trouble, he soon gained a bad boy reputation. After Captain Kevin Nolan got involved he allowed Carroll to personally stay with him and it obviously worked as Carroll started putting in high class performances; which had the Newcastle fans chanting his name.

With Nolan and Morrison playing in a similar type of role, I feel that they will work together and Nolan will assist in Ravel's development, after-all Kevin has been there and done it all before, so far any advice that has been offered to Morrison has clearly worked as he has played his socks off and looks set to prove many doubters wrong!
