Man Utd Hurting From Ravel Departure...? Good!

These are just a few of the 'Tweet's that were posted from football fans all over the world after Ravel Morrison came of age in a thrilling performance in West Ham's 3-0 away victory over Tottenham.

With Manchester United not starting the season how they would have liked and with the Moyes 'reign ' already coming under much scrutiny, many football fans were asking the question...Why was Ravel Morrison let go?

As Iv mentioned before; Ravel has received much praise from big names in the footballing world for his incredible ability and vision, with Sir Alex Ferguson describing him as one of the most talented players he's ever seen. Its safe to assume that if Ravel kept his head down while he was in Manchester he would have made the first team a couple of years back but seeing as Man Utd couldn't tame him, it look as-if West Ham can!

In recent years us West Ham fans have complained about our lack of youth players who have failed to make the first team and even before that most of our young players would inevitably be sold to 'bigger' clubs.
So I think it's a nice change that we now have a player who looks set to make his name at our club. Long term we are not sure what will happen but for the moment I'm just hoping Ravel to rub salt in the Man Utd wounds!
