Pardew Shock Contender For Hammers Job

In the wake of our 3-1 defeat against Newcastle, various sources are reporting that Newcastle and ex West Ham manager is in the frame to replace under pressure Hammers boss Sam Allardyce, should the board decide to part company with him.

Although this is just speculation at the moment, both managers seem to be under pressure and the return of Alan Pardew to West Ham is something that I would welcome.

I personally believe that Pardew has been our most successful manager in recent years — and under his influence we had something that we have struggled to regain, stability!

Obviously there is still much that could happen between now and the end of the season and with Newcastle looking safe it will remain speculation for the time being but I have a feeling that Pardew feels he has some unfinished business with our club.
