David Gold In France For Potential Transfers

David Gold recently tweeted that his was in France, in hope of concluding some transfer deals you would think?
With the French League (Ligue 1) crawling with top class players this can be seen as a definite sign of excitement for the club. As of late we have been linked with a few players from the French league and with our co-owner now our there its safe to assume that transfer speculation reported could turn into some transfer deals for players.

Most recently we have been linked with Marseille midfielder Morgan Amalfitano who was believed to of been on his was to Greek side Olympiacos F.C but it would appear that some late contact has been made and a deal for the player could be a possibility , a player who is relatively unknown is the Uk but in France Morgan has a wealth of experience; playing for CS Sedan Ardennes, Fc Lorient, and most recently Marseille. So he most certainly has the knowledge to play in a top League like Ligue 1 so if anything comes of it this could be a player who could surprise many.

Ludovic Sane is another who has been linked with us; on and off for a while now, with the Bordeaux club President 'Jean-Louis Triaud being quoted as saying ''Regarding Sane, West Ham approached us last season but since them it's been total silence. This is a bit of the politics of English clubs. They emphatically expressed their interest and I don't see why their tastes would have changed."

With Sane highly interested in a move to the Premier League I suspect this won't be the last we hear from him.

Another Probable option could come in the form of ex Chelsea man Salomon Kalou, another player who has reiterated his desire to return to English football a deal for the Forward could and hopefully will be in the offing.
