Will Vaz Te Be On His Way

With it being reported that West Ham might have to sell if they want to continue to buy, could this spell the end for play-off final hero Ricardo Vaz Te?

When Vaz Te was signed from Barnsely nobody could have guessed the impact he would make in the such a short period of time,  for that 5 month period Ricardo was one of our most consistent goal-scorers in recent years. When he scored the winning goal at Wembley he automatically became a hero for the club and we all hoped he could replicate that form in the Premier League, that didn't happen and at times he appeared out of his depth. On the other hand he added some much needed flair but there are only so many step overs you can do.

If you asked my a year back about Vaz Te possibly leaving I would have been dead against it, but now I'm not that bothered; at Championship level I believe he is a top quality player but at Premiership level he seemed to be lacking.
At a decent price would it be worth letting Vaz go?

Whether we sell or not it, some funds will be required if we aim to bring in one more top quality player, if Ricardo stays then good luck to him but for the moment we have no evidence to suggest that he is a Premiership player who could make a lasting impact.
