Poyet's A Hammer

More good news coming out of West Ham is that Diego Poyet is now a West Ham player. The deal seemed to have gone a little bit quiet over the weekend but the player has since joined up with the squad out in France for the upcoming pre-season tour.

At the young age of 19, Poyet is seen a one for the future and was even able to win Charlton's player of the season award last season, this came after only making 23 appearances for the club, with his debut coming in February, a truly remarkable achievement. With Compensation discussions still ongoing with ex club Charlton (as he is under the age of 23) we can expect more news regarding that matter to follow, but for the time being we can look forward to hopefully seeing Diego in action, hopefully in the not so distant future.
