West Ham Vs Southampton

West Ham 1-3 Southampton

Poor performance from the hammers so far, looked very nervy and Southampton look good value for the win. After going 1-0 up you could forgive my fellow West Ham fans for feeling overly optimistic, should be England midfielder Mark Noble scored from long range after his shot took a heavy deflection that dragged it away to Fraser Forster's far post.

From that point on we have been poor and just before half time after Morgan Schneiderlin calmly slotted past Adrian.
After half time, things went from bad to worse, with Schneiderlin scoring his second of the game. It comes as no surprise that from that point on we looked down and out, failing to create enough clear cut opportunities and soon after Pelle made it 3-1.

Disappointing game for our lot and I'm sure that Mr Allardyce will blame the defeat on the absence of Captain Marvel Kevin Nolan, so everybody be prepared!
